From an early age, my passion for food was ignited by enjoying freshly cooked Belgian meals prepared by my grandmother - her traditional techniques shaped the way I cook - I can still taste the frites!

 

In the early 1980s, my parents, Betty and Dan Ferriot, introduced salsa to the Northeast through their venture, All Season Kitchen Salsa. This family legacy significantly influenced my career, where crafting fresh tortilla chips, hummus, and award-winning cream cheese salsa became the foundation of my professional journey.

As a French-Asian trained chef and a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, I understand the profound impact food can have in bringing joy and creating lasting memories.​​​
